5. We will provide your landlord with a quarterly management report which documents risk assessments, inspection findings, any problems and what is being done about them and so on. We will send this to you for you to forward on to your landlord client. This will mean both yourself and your landlord are fully up to speed.

6. We have a strict screening process when we select tenants for our properties, meaning you can have peace of mind that they will take good care of the properties for your landlord. We use a carefully drawn up management contract with our landlords which are not standard ASTs.
